About the role
As a Client Advisor you are the first point of contact for LuxHyper's inbound collector enquiries. You will qualify intent, orchestrate discovery calls and partner with Senior Concierge Specialists to close.
What you'll do
- ◆Qualify and route inbound enquiries from the Registry
- ◆Manage a pipeline of 30–60 active prospects at any time
- ◆Coordinate showroom visits, test drives and factory introductions
- ◆Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and weekly forecasting
What we're looking for
- ◆3+ years in luxury retail, automotive or hospitality sales
- ◆Demonstrable discretion handling UHNW relationships
- ◆Right to work in the United Kingdom
Nice to have
- ◇Existing collector network in UK / CH / MC
- ◇Italian, French, German or Arabic language skills
