About the role
Lead a team of five coordinators executing bespoke climate-controlled transport of hypercars across the Gulf, Europe and Asia. Negotiate directly with carriers, air-freight partners and customs brokers to ensure LuxHyper's uncompromising delivery standard.
What you'll do
- ◆Manage the full freight lifecycle from pick-up to hand-over
- ◆Negotiate contracts with enclosed carriers and air-freight providers
- ◆Oversee Carnet, temporary import and customs documentation
- ◆Build reporting on on-time performance, claims and cost-per-mile
What we're looking for
- ◆8+ years in luxury automotive or yacht logistics
- ◆Operational experience in at least two of: UAE, KSA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan
- ◆Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
- ◆Proven budget ownership above USD 5M
