About the role
The Senior Concierge Specialist is the face of LuxHyper for a dedicated portfolio of collectors. You will orchestrate discovery, acquisition, authentication, logistics and after-sale across seven-figure transactions, working alongside our factory-authorized inspection network and bespoke delivery partners.
What you'll do
- ◆Own end-to-end client relationships across acquisitions of USD 500k–10M vehicles
- ◆Source off-market opportunities through a trusted network of consignors, dealer principals and OEMs
- ◆Coordinate Pre-Purchase Inspections with marque specialists worldwide
- ◆Manage enclosed transport, title, customs and insurance end-to-end
- ◆Represent LuxHyper at Monterey Car Week, Goodwood and private collector events
What we're looking for
- ◆6+ years in luxury automotive sales, private banking or ultra-high-net-worth client services
- ◆Demonstrated track record closing discretionary purchases above USD 250k
- ◆Fluency in English; second language (Mandarin, Arabic, Italian) strongly preferred
- ◆US work authorization and clean driving record

- ◇Existing Rolodex within collector circles
- ◇Ferrari / Porsche / McLaren brand experience
- ◇Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Hubspot CRM
